Pro or Plus accounts are eligible for a full refund if a request is made within 10 days of the initial payment date. Please email pro@photobucket.com for a full refund.

Refunds are not given if the request is made more than 10 days after the payment was made.

Ad-Free subscriptions are non-refundable.
