Print Shop Cancellation and Return Policies

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our Print Shop Support Team at print.support@photobucket.com so we can make it right. 

 

Cancellation Policy

We cannot cancel or edit your orders once they are in production. Once your order is submitted, we will not be able to change or adjust the order. 

If your order contains images from your Photobucket account, do not move or delete your images or else we will not be able to process your order and it will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders that contain the following will be automatically cancelled and refunded:

  1. Watermarks without permission from the photographer
  2. Inappropriate and pornographic content
    1. Unlawful, obscene, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or hateful content
    2. Invades privacy of any third party
    3. Contains nudity, illustrated nudity, pornography, illustrated pornography and/or child pornography
  3. Or anything that violate Photobucket’s Terms of Use.

Photobucket will make every effort to contact customers via email regarding potential issues with an order. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, the order will be produced and shipped as it was originally submitted, except in cases:

  • When we cannot access a photo in the admin panel for whatever reason (i.e. image was not passed through correctly or image was deleted from Photobucket account).
  • When there are issues causing the image to be too distorted or blurry (i.e. stretched image or colors are inverted due to file type).

In the exceptions above, Photobucket will automatically cancel the order and issue a refund.

 

Return Policy and Procedures

If you receive your item and it does not meet your expectations, please contact us at print.support@photobucket.com within 30 days of successful delivery and we will work make it right.

Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, Photobucket does not offer exchanges. Photobucket reserves the right to offer a reprint or coupon for store credit for refund requests initiated after 30 days from date of delivery.

If you wish to return a product:

  1. Please contact us at print.support@photobucket.com. All returns and refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery.
  2. Complete return instructions will be provided via email including an address in which to send your returned products.
    1. Customers can return items via any major carrier such as USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex.
    2. Photobucket does not provide return labels with prepaid shipping.
    3. Photobucket does not refund or reimburse shipping costs for returned items.
  3. Photobucket will issue a refund within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
