If you receive your item and it does not meet your expectations, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of successful delivery and we will make it right. Please indicate the reason for the return in your initial email.
All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. We will not issue refunds for items that are used, altered or damaged. Photobucket does not offer exchanges for pre-designed products. We do offer returns for store credit (less the costs of shipping) that are initiated within 30 days from date of delivery.
If you wish to return a product:
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns and refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery.
- Complete return instructions will be provided via email including an address in which to send your returned products.
- Customers can return items via any major carrier such as USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex.
- Photobucket does not provide return labels with prepaid shipping.
- Photobucket does not refund or reimburse shipping costs for returned items.
- Photobucket will issue a refund within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
