Photobucket will make every effort to contact customers via email regarding potential issues with an order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be automatically produced and shipped as it was originally submitted, except in cases:
- When we cannot access a photo (i.e. image was not passed through correctly or image was deleted from Photobucket account).
- When there are issues causing the image to be too distorted or blurry (i.e. stretched image or colors are inverted due to file type).
In the exceptions above, Photobucket will automatically cancel the order and issue a refund.
