Keeping track of your invites has never been easier with Group Buckets! You can view all of your invite history on one page.
Only Owners and Admins will have permission to manage invitations. They will be able to resend, delete, or reset all invitations. Contributors and Viewers do not have permission to manage invitations.
If you're currently viewing your My Bucket, follow the steps below:
- Click the three dots next to “My Bucket”
- Select View All Buckets
- Locate the Group Bucket and click Manage Bucket
- Click Manage Invites
If you're currently in the Group Bucket, follow the steps below:
- Click the three dots next to the Group Bucket name
- Click Bucket Settings
- Click Manage Invites
On the Manage Invites page, you can view a list of all the links and email invitations that have been sent, along with the information on who sent them.
Link Invitations
- Select Delete to invalidate the link and cancel the invite.
Email Invitations
- Select Resend Invite to send the invitation again via email. The recipient’s email address is on the left-hand side.
- Select Delete to invalidate the link located in the email to cancel the invite.
If you would like to invite members to your Group Bucket, you can do so by accessing the Bucket settings.
- Need a quick link for an invite? Simply click on the drop-down menu in the top-left corner of the page. Here, you can change the role type of the invite you are creating and sending: Contributor, Viewer, or Admin. Then click Create and Copy to copy your invite link!
- If you need to send an invitation by email, click Invite People. Enter the email address and click Send Invites

If you have been invited to a Group Bucket, you do not need a subscription to access the Group Bucket. Only the Group Bucket owner must maintain a subscription to grant all other members access.
