How to Create A Group Bucket

Creating a Group Bucket to share memories with friends and family is easy! With Group Buckets, you can effortlessly create a space where everyone can contribute and enjoy photos together. All in one place!

The creation of Group Buckets requires the following subscription plans: Group Buckets, Hosting, or Legacy Unlimited / Expert. For more information on our currently offered plans, click here.

To create a Group Bucket:

1. Click on the three dots next to My Bucket at the top left of your account page.
2. Click Create New Bucket from the dropdown list.
3. A pop-up will appear for you to add a Group Bucket name. Enter a name for your Group Bucket, then click Create Bucket.
   
   • If you click the box to invite people to your bucket, you can skip step 4. This will automatically create a Group Bucket and go to step 5.
     
4. In order to invite people to your Group Bucket, you will need to change the Bucket from Personal to Group Bucket
   • Click the three dots next to your newly created bucket.
   • Click to select View All Buckets.
   • Find your newly created Bucket in the list of All Buckets
   • Click on the green button 'Personal Bucket.' A pop-up will appear stating, 'Storage Bucket Conversion.'
   • Click Continue to change the Personal Bucket to a Group Bucket
     
5. It's time to invite your friends & family!
   • Click on the View Bucket to return to that Group Bucket.
   • Then click on the three dots once more and select Invite Members.

To create a Group Bucket from the All Buckets page:

1. Click on the 3 dots next to your current Bucket name
2. Click View All Buckets
3. In the top right, click Create Group Bucket
4. Name your Group Bucket
5. Click Create Bucket

To invite people using the share the link to the Group Bucket:

Click on the blue highlighted Click Link to Share button. This will automatically copy the link for you to share where you like. Then, you can paste the link where you want to share it with your invitees.

To invite specific people by email:

Enter their email addresses. If you’re entering multiple email addresses, be sure to put a space between each email so that it lists them individually. Click Send Invites.

Now you are ready to upload & share images!

Group buckets allow a total of up to 10 Admins and Contributors. As for Viewers, there's no limit to how many you can have.
