With so many members uploading photos and videos, there's gotta be a way to stay organized, right? Creating Albums and Sub-albums in your group bucket is the way to do it!
To create an album:
- Click on the group bucket that you want to add an album to
- Click the button next to Albums on the left side of the page or click Create Album
- Name your album
- Click Save
To create a sub-album:
- While viewing the group bucket, locate the album in the left-hand album list.
- Click the 3 dots next to the album name
- Select +Create Album
- Name your album
- Click Save
Note: If you cannot see the albums and sub-albums you created, expand the album by clicking the triangle next to the album name.
Moving Albums & Sub-Albums:
To move an album or sub-album:
- Locate the album in the left-hand album list
- Click the 3 dots next to the album name
- Select Move Album
- On the right-hand menu, select the new album to move to
- Click the Move --> button
Deleting Albums & Sub-Albums:
Note: You have to be an Owner, Admin, or Contributor to delete albums or sub-albums. To learn more about the permissions of your role, click here.
To delete an album or sub-album:
- Locate the album in the left-hand album list
- Click the 3 dots next to the album name
- Select Delete Album
- Delete album and its contents - Will delete the the album and all the images in the album
- Delete album and keep its content in the bucket - Will only delete the album. The images in the album will be moved to the All Media folder
