How to Organize your Photos by Creating Albums in a Group Bucket

With so many members uploading photos and videos, there's gotta be a way to stay organized, right? Creating Albums and Sub-albums in your group bucket is the way to do it!

To create an album:

1. Click on the group bucket that you want to add an album to
2. Click the  button next to Albums on the left side of the page or click Create Album
3. Name your album
4. Click Save

To create a sub-album:

1. While viewing the group bucket, locate the album in the left-hand album list. 
2. Click the 3 dots next to the album name
3. Select +Create Album
4. Name your album
5. Click Save

Note: If you cannot see the albums and sub-albums you created, expand the album by clicking the triangle next to the album name.

Moving Albums & Sub-Albums:

To move an album or sub-album:

1. Locate the album in the left-hand album list
2. Click the 3 dots next to the album name
3. Select Move Album
4. On the right-hand menu, select the new album to move to
   
5. Click the Move --> button

Deleting Albums & Sub-Albums:

Note: You have to be an Owner, Admin, or Contributor to delete albums or sub-albums. To learn more about the permissions of your role, click here.

To delete an album or sub-album:

1. Locate the album in the left-hand album list
2. Click the 3 dots next to the album name
3. Select Delete Album
   
   • Delete album and its contents - Will delete the the album and all the images in the album
   • Delete album and keep its content in the bucket - Will only delete the album. The images in the album will be moved to the All Media folder
