Stop Recurring Payments


If you've landed on this article after clicking the "Stop Recurring Payments" link in your account settings, that means that your payment was made through our old payment system.

Please follow these simple steps to cancel your payment.


For those of you who paid with PayPal or with a credit card

Just email us at and ask us to stop the recurring billing (please make sure to provide your username). We will respond shortly thereafter, confirming that your payments have been cancelled.


To renew your account after canceling 

After canceling the subscription as above, head over to the pricing page. Click 'renew' at the top of the page, or select a new subscription level from the choices offered. You will then be taken through the payment flow where you can enter your current payment information.

Going forward, you should be able to simply click "Stop recurring payments" to stop all future payments.
