What Happens When My Account is Deactivated?
- Access to your account will be unavailable
- Downloading content will be unavaailable
- If your account was public, it will no longer be veiwable
- Hosted images will be watermarked
Downloading is only available with an Active Subscription or during the Free Trial period.
Why Has My Account Been Deactivated?
Your subscription or 7-Day Free Trial may have expired. Upon logging in to your account, you'll see a message notifying you that your account has been deactivated.
How Can I Reactivate My Account?
In order to reactivate your account for full access, please purchase a subscription.
- If your Subscription is expired you will need to re-subscribe or update your payment method. For more information on how to update your payment method, click here.
- If your Free Trial has expired, please log in to your account. You will be rerouted to a web page message regarding your deactivated account. Scroll down and click 'Reactivate My Account' to purchase a subscription.
