Sharing photos and videos from your computer

Whether it's a personal bucket or a group bucket, you control what you share!

Sharing a single photo or video:

If you only want to share one image, follow the steps below.

1. Locate the photo or video on the All Media page or in an album
2. Select the photo by clicking on the checkmark in the top left-hand corner of that photo or video
   • You can also select photos by clicking the Select button in the toolbar and then clicking the photo to select it
3. Click the Share icon in the top-right toolbar
   • Add a title, password, or enable link expiration
   • Select the Host tab to get direct links or embed links
   • Select the Post tab to directly post those photos onto your chosen social media platform
4. Click Create Sharing Link

Sharing multiple photos and videos:

If you want to share select photos and videos, follow the steps below:

1. Locate the photos or videos on the All Media page
2. Select each photo by clicking on the checkmark in the top left-hand corner of each photo or video
   • You can also select photos by clicking the Select button in the tool bar and then clicking the photo to select it
3. Click the Share Icon in the top-right toolbar
   • Add a title, password, or enable link expiration
   • Select the Host tab to get direct links or embed links
   • Select the Post tab to directly post those photos onto your chosen social media platform
4. Click Create Sharing Link

Sharing an album:

Share the album that has all your memories organized!

1. Locate the album in the left-hand menu
2. Click the 3 dots next to the album name
3. Click Share Album
4. On the sharing link pop-up you can:
   • Enter a title for the sharing link
   • Password protected: Enter a password for this sharing link
   • Expiration options: 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days.
     Leave the Expiration Link check box unchecked if you do not want the link to expire
5. Click Create Sharing Link
6. On the final pop-up, you can copy the ready-to-send link

Sharing a Bucket:

If you want to share all the photos and albums in your bucket, this is the way to go!

1. Access the bucket using the bucket switcher. The active bucket's name will be in the top-left corner
2. Click the 3 dots next to the bucket name
3. Click Share Bucket
4. On the sharing link pop-up you can:
   • Enter a title for the sharing link
   • Password protected: Enter a password for this sharing link
   • Expiration options: 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days
     Leave the Expiration Link check box unchecked if you do not want the link to expire
5. Click Create Sharing Link
6. On the final pop-up, you can copy the ready-to-send link

Note: You can only work in the All Media or album in one instance. You cannot select an image in All Media and then access an album to select another image or the other way around. Doing so will not keep your previous image selected.

Sharing Links page:

On this page, you can manage all the Sharing Links you've made! On the left-hand menu of the Bucket, click Sharing Links. 

This page allows you to view all active sharing links, view the public link page, copy the sharing link, edit sharing link details, or remove the sharing link.

Removing sharing links will not delete the photos or videos from the bucket. It only invalidates the link and removes the card from the Sharing Links page.

Visitors of your sharing links are able to download the photos and videos included in that link.
