Sharing photos and videos from the mobile app

Whether it's a personal bucket or a group bucket, you control what you share!

Sharing a single photo or video:

If you only want to share one image, follow the steps below.

1. Go to the bucket where the photo or video is located
2. Find the media in the Gallery or Albums
3. Select the photo by tapping on the Select button and then tapping the photo. Selected photos will have a checkmark in the bottom right corner.
   • You can also select photos by tapping on the photo to bring it to full-screen
4. Tap on the Share  icon in the bottom toolbar
   • Add a title, link expiration date, or password
   • Select the Embed tab to get Hosting links
5. Tap Create Sharing Link to generate a ready-to-copy link
   • Tap the Share to button to access the sharing options native to your device

Sharing multiple photos and videos:

If you want to share select photos and videos, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the bucket where the photos and videos are located
2. Find the media in the Gallery or Albums
3. Select multiple images by tapping on the Select icon and then tapping on the images. Selected items will have a checkmark in the bottom right corner
4. Tap on the Share  icon in the bottom toolbar
   
   • Add a title, link expiration date, or password
   • Select the Embed tab to get Hosting links
5. Tap Create Sharing Link to generate a ready-to-copy link
   • Tap the Share to button to access the sharing options native to your device

Sharing an album:

Share the album that has all your memories organized!

1. Locate the album and access it
   • Main albums can be found in the album carousel on the Gallery page
   • All albums and sub-albums can be found on the Albums page
2. Tap the Share Album button
3. Your sharing options native to your device will pop up
4. Tap Copy to copy the automated message and auto-generated invite link

Share page:

This page features quick-copy links for Group Bucket roles, the members of the bucket, and your Shared Collections. Tap the Share  icon in the bottom tool bar to access this page.

Invitation links

• Tap on the button of a role to easily share an invitation to the Bucket
• Tap on the information to learn more about Group Bucket roles
• Tap the 3 dots in the right-hand corner to reset all invite links

People

View the members of the bucket and their role

Shared Collections

View your current Bucket's active sharing links, access the sharing link page on the web, copy, edit, and remove sharing link details.

Note: The auto-generated links created when sharing an album are not included in the Shared Collections

• Tap to view sharing link
• Tap to copy the sharing link
• Tap to edit the details of the sharing link
• Tap to remove the sharing link

Removing sharing links will not delete the photos or videos from the bucket. It only invalidates the link and removes the card from the Sharing Links page.

Visitors of your sharing links are able to download the photos and videos included in that link.
