Downloading images & videos

To download a photo or a video from an album: 

1. Click the Select button in the upper toolbar.
2. At the top-left corner of the image, you will see a checkmark. Click on the checkmark to select the image you want to download. You can select one image or multiple images to download at once.
3. Click the Download icon located at the top-right corner of the page to download the selected image(s) to your computer.

To select multiple photos or videos in an album:

Note: This option is only available on a computer

1. While viewing an album, click the checkmark on the left corner of the first image
2. Scroll down to the last image you want to select
3. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click the checkmark on the last image. This will select all images between the first and last ones.
4. Once images are selected, the toolbar at the top-right of your screen will highlight available actions
5. Choose any desired action from the toolbar to apply it to all selected images

To deselect specific images, uncheck the photo or video by clicking on the checkmark in the top left corner of that image.

To deselect all images, click on the X button located in the top-left corner, next to the search bar.

How to unzip your downloaded images

To unzip the downloaded file on Windows

1. Right-click on the downloaded .zip folder, then click Extract All.
2. Click Browse to select a folder on your computer where you want the album extracted. If you prefer to keep it in the same folder, you can skip this step.
3. Click Extract.

To open a zip file on a Mac

1. Double-click on the file. The unzipped folder will be added next to the zip file.

To download a photo or video from the media details page:

 While viewing the photo or video, click the downloadicon in the top-right toolbar.

If your albums or images are missing from your bulk download, try downloading them in smaller batches. 

For example, try downloading one or two albums at a time or downloading no more than 50 images in one session. Working in smaller batches will ensure that all your albums and images are downloaded.
