If you've purchased the wrong subscription plan or need to upgrade your current subscription, you can easily do this on the website by following the steps below.
Important: Do not cancel your subscription as this will also cancel your automatic billing. Once your automatic billing is canceled, you won't be able to upgrade or switch to a different plan anymore.
- Click on your Profile Icon at the top-right corner
- Click Settings
- Click Manage Membership
- Click Upgrade or Change Plan
- Select the plan that fits your needs
- You'll be redirected to the billing page to confirm your payment information.
