On the go and need to access your settings? Don’t have access to a computer to make changes? No worries! You can easily update your account settings on the mobile app.
Note: Accessing the account settings while viewing a Group Bucket may be limited. To access the full account settings options, switch your bucket to My Bucket.
- First, tap the Menu icon on the top left of the screen.
- Tap on Account Settings

From here, you can perform the following actions:
- View Plans & Pricing - Allows you to check which subscription you have and change or purchase a new subscription
- Auto-Backup Settings - Turn on/off auto backup for photos, videos, and permission for app to use cellular data
- Security Settings - Add Face ID to log in or change your password
- Logout - Logs you out of your account
- Help - View our Help Center articles

Contact Us - Email our support team by filling out the Submit a Request form
- If you need to update your email address, use this form to submit a request for that change
- Legal & Privacy Notice - View Photobucket's Privacy Policy
- About - Displays the Photobucket app version installed on your device

Delete Account - Delete your account by following the prompts on the screen
- Make sure you're logged into your account on your web browser before proceeding
- Accounts may take up to 30 days to be permanently deleted. If you prefer to delete your account and all images immediately, tap Contact Us and submit a request.
The latest version of the iOS mobile app is 6.9.15
The latest version of the Android mobile app is 6.9.18
The minimum OS requirement is: Android 11 & iOS 13
If you're experiencing any issues with the mobile app, please ensure that you have the latest version installed.
