On the go and need to access your settings? Don’t have access to a computer to make changes? No worries! You can easily update your account settings on the mobile app.
- First, tap the three lines on the top left of the screen.
- Tap on ‘My Account’
- From here, you can perform the following actions:
- View Plans & Pricing - Allows you to change or purchase a new subscription
- Auto-Backup Settings - Turn on/off auto backup
- Security Settings - Add a fingerprint to log in or change your password
- Logout - Logs you out of your account
- Help - View our Help Center articles
- Contact Us - Email our support team by filling out the Submit a request form
- About - Displays the Photobucket app version installed on your device
If you need to update your email address, please tap Contact Us to submit a request for that change.
