If you are having issues receiving emails from Photobucket, try these steps to resolve the issue. First, check your Spam or Junk folders as some filters can mark our emails as spam.
If our emails are not in that folder or Inbox, add Photobucket to your safe sender list.
For Gmail:

Click the Gear Icon

Click on See All Settings

Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses

Click on Create a new filter
-
Add both support@photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com on the From line

Click on Create filter

Click on Never send it to Spam

Click on Create filter
For Hotmail/Outlook/Live:
Please note these instructions are for the desktop site and not the Outlook program.

Click the gear icon on the top right of your screen.

Click on 'View all Outlook settings'

Click on 'Junk'

There will be a section called Safe senders and domains. You can click on the + Add button. Type in both support@photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com and hit Enter.
For Yahoo and AOL:

Click on Settings then More Settings

Click on Filters
-
Under Filter name, type a name for your filter

Under Set rules, click From
-
Select a filter criterion, select Contains
-
Type in both support@photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com for the domain

For the Choose a folder section, select Inbox for the folder to deliver the email to
-
Click Save
If your email domain is not listed here, please contact your provider on how to whitelist emails.
