If you are having issues receiving emails from Photobucket, including the download link for your images, try these steps to resolve the issue. First, check your Spam or Junk folders, as some filters can mark our emails as spam.
If our emails are not in that folder or Inbox, add Photobucket to your safe sender list.

For Gmail:

Click the Gear Icon at the top right of your screen

Click on See All Settings

Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses

Click on Create a new filter

Add both support@photobucket.com no-reply@app.photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com on the From line

Click on Create filter
-
Select the checkbox next to Never send it to Spam

Click on Create filter
For Outlook / Live / Hotmail:
Please note these instructions are for the desktop site and not the Outlook program.

Click the Gear Icon at the top right of your screen
- Click on 'Junk Email'

Click on the '+ Add safe sender' button. You will need to do this for each domain: support@photobucket.com no-reply@app.photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com and hit Enter.
- Click on "Ok" at the right of the entry.
For Yahoo:

Click on Gear Icon at the top right of your screen

Click on More Settings
- Click on Filters
- Click on Add new Filters

Under Filter name, type a name for your filter

Under Set rules, make sure From is selected from the dropdown menu

Click on a filter criterion and select contains

Input both support@photobucket.com no-reply@app.photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com on Type a filter value

Click on the Choose a folder to move to section and type 'Inbox' in the Folder name section

Click Save
For Yahoo's new Email UI:

Click on the three dots on the left side of your screen

Click on Settings
- Click on Filters
- Input both support@photobucket.com no-reply@app.photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com on Type a filter value

Click on the Choose a folder to move to section and type 'Inbox' in the Folder name section

Click Save
For iCloud:
As there isn't a designated safe sender list for iCloud, you'll need to add Photobucket as a contact to ensure our emails don't get directed to the Junk folder.
- Select the Grid Icon at the top right of your screen
- Select the Contacts app
- Click on the + button at the top right of your screen, below your Apple icon
- Select Create New Contact
- On the First Name Section, type in 'Photobucket'
- Click on the + button next to Email and select Other from the drop-down menu
- Type in both support@photobucket.com no-reply@app.photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com
- Click on Done at the top of your screen
If your email domain is not listed, please contact your provider on how to complete the process.
