I'm not getting Photobucket emails

If you are having issues receiving emails from Photobucket, including the download link for your images, try these steps to resolve the issue. First, check your Spam or Junk folders, as some filters can mark our emails as spam.

If our emails are not in that folder or Inbox, add Photobucket to your safe sender list.

GMail | Outlook | Yahoo | iCloud

For Gmail:

1. Click the Gear Icon at the top right of your screen

2. Click on See All Settings

3. Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses

4. Click on Create a new filter

5. Add both support@photobucket.com, no-reply@app.photobucket.com, and no-reply@photobucket.com on the From line

6. Click on Create filter

7. Select the checkbox next to Never send it to Spam

8. Click on Create filter

For Outlook / Live / Hotmail:

Please note these instructions are for the desktop site and not the Outlook program.

1. Click the Gear Icon at the top right of your screen

2. Click on 'View all Outlook settings'

3. Click on 'Junk'

4. There will be a section called Safe senders and domains. You can click on the + Add button. Type in both support@photobucket.com, no-reply@app.photobucket.com, and no-reply@photobucket.com and hit Enter. 

5. Click Save at the bottom of the screen

For Yahoo:

1. Click on Gear Icon at the top right of your screen

2. Click on More Settings

3. Click on Filters
4. Click on Add new Filters

5. Under Filter name, type a name for your filter

6. Under Set rules, make sure From is selected from the dropdown menu

7. Click on a filter criterion and select contains

8. Input both support@photobucket.com,no-reply@app.photobucket.com, and no-reply@photobucket.com on Type a filter value

9. Click on the Choose a folder to move to section and type 'Inbox' in the Folder name section

10. Click Save

For iCloud:

As there isn't a designated safe senders list for iCloud, you'll need to add Phtobucket as a contact to ensure our emails avoid being directed to the Junk folder.

1. Select the Grid Icon at the top right of your screen
2. Select the Contacts app
3. Click on the + button at the top right of your screen below your Apple icon
4. Select Create New Contact
5. On the First Name Section, type in 'Photobucket'
6. Click on the + button next to Email and select Other from the drop-down menu
7. Type in both support@photobucket.com, no-reply@app.photobucket.com, and no-reply@photobucket.com
8. Click on Done at the top of your screen

If your email domain is not listed, please contact your provider on how to complete the process.
