Before you start
For the easiest setup, we recommend connecting WhatsApp to Photobucket directly from your mobile device.
Note: If you prefer to set up on a computer, you’ll need two devices - one to display a QR code (your computer) and another (your phone or tablet) with the WhatsApp app to scan it.
What you'll need
- A Group Buckets, Hosting, Legacy Unlimited, Expert, or Premium plan
- A mobile phone with WhatsApp installed
- A WhatsApp account linked to a valid phone number
- A Group Bucket you own
- An existing WhatsApp group chat
- If using a computer for setup:
A computer with an up-to-date browser to display the QR code
A phone or tablet with WhatsApp installed to scan the QR code
If you have more questions about Group Buckets or need assistance upgrading your plan, please contact support here.
