How to Delete an Account of a Loved One Who has Passed Away?

We are so sorry to hear about your lost loved one.
If you would like to delete their account or gain access to the account, you can make this request by sending an email to abuse@photobucket.com. Requests must come from a parent, guardian, or the executor of the individual's will.
Please provide their username or the email address that is registered on Photobucket, along with proof of their passing. A link to their obituary or a copy of their death certificate is required.
We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to grant the request but we review each request very carefully.
