Take a Screenshot on an Android Device:
Hold the power and volume down buttons at the same time. You may need to hold them for a few seconds depending on the brand of your phone.
- Some Android devices will show you a screenshot preview with options to edit or share the screenshot once the screenshot is taken.
Locate the file in your gallery and attach it to your email to Photobucket Support.
Take a Screenshot on an iOS Device:
If your device has a home button, press the home button and the power button at the same time.
- If your device does not have a home button, press and hold the power button and the volume up buttons at the same time
- Once your screenshot is taken, a screenshot preview will be shown in the bottom left corner. Tap the photo to access options to edit the screenshot.
- Locate the file in the Photos app and attach it to your email to Photobucket Support.
