If you're having trouble seeing recently uploaded photos in your account, it could be due to your Sort By settings. This can be resolved easily.
You can find the Sort By settings at the top of your page when viewing an album or My Bucket. This will show you an option to select a sort order.
If one of the Sort By: Date Taken options is selected, your photo preview may be limited since some photos may not have EXIF data. EXIF data is what records the date the photo was taken.
You can fix this issue by changing your Sort By to one of the Date Uploaded options. This sort option is based on the data Photobucket recorded when the image was uploaded to your account. All images will have information reflecting the date they were uploaded and will be populated in your account accordingly. This will make your images easier to locate.
If this option fails to resolve the issue you're having with missing photos in your account, please contact our Support team here, or open a chat with an agent using the chat box at the bottom right of this page.
