Have you accidentally deleted some images that you didn’t mean to? Don't worry, you're not alone! The Trash folder allows you to restore those precious images or permanently delete them to free up storage in your account.
Please note that deleted photos stay in the Trash for 30 days before being automatically and permanently deleted. Permanently deleted photos cannot be recovered. We don't keep backups for permanently deleted photos, so make sure you're absolutely certain before hitting that button!
Important note for Group Buckets: Only those in admin roles of Group Buckets have the ability to delete and restore all images.
Permanently Deleting Photos:
Need more storage space? Click the Empty Trash button to delete all photos in your Trash folder permanently.
You can also select specific photos for immediate deletion. Simply hover over an image thumbnail, and a checkbox will appear. Click the checkbox, then click the Permanently Delete button.
Restore Deleted Images:
Delete a photo by mistake? No worries, you can easily recover it from your Trash folder.
To do so, simply click on the checkbox that appears when you hover over the image thumbnail to select it, then click the Restore button.
Photobucket will let you choose the original album, a sub-album, or even create a new album for your recovered photo.
Note: You can only restore photos to the Bucket or Group Bucket they originally belonged to.
