Downloading albums from Group Buckets
All members of a Group Bucket have access to download content.
Unlike downloading from your My Bucket, downloading albums within a Group Bucket works a bit differently. When you initiate a download, a link containing a compressed file (.zip file) of the album will be emailed to you. This file won't download directly to your device.

Finding your downloaded albums
Downloaded albums are compressed into .zip files. You'll need to extract them to access your photos. Here's how:
On Android:
- Open the Files folder
- Tap on "Downloads" (or "Recent files" depending on your device).
- Look for the downloaded .zip file
- Tap the file and choose "Extract."
- Your photos will now be accessible in your phone's gallery.
On iOS:
- Open the Files app.
- Depending on your settings and browser, the file might be in "Recents," "iCloud Downloads," or a web browser folder within "On My iPhone."
- Tap the .zip file to extract the images. The unzipped folder will appear at the bottom.
If your albums or images are missing from your bulk download, try downloading them in smaller batches.
For example, try downloading one or two albums at a time or downloading no more than 50 images in one session. Working in smaller batches will ensure that all your albums and images are downloaded.
Images
- Smaller batch recommendation: 50 images at a time
Albums
- Smaller batch recommendation: 2 albums at a time
Please note that your download speeds are affected by the image(s) size and your network connection.
