How to download images and videos on a mobile browser

Downloading your images and videos using a mobile browser is quick and simple!

Note: Downloading is not available on the Photobucket mobile app. Sign in at Photobucket.com to get started!

To download an image or a video:

1. Locate the image or video you want to download
2. Select the image by tapping the Select button in the toolbar and then tapping the image
   • You can also select the image by tapping on the top left-hand corner of that image
3. Tap the Download icon located at the top of the page to download the selected image or video to your mobile device
4. Confirm the download in the new window or tab

To download an image or video from the media details page:

While viewing the photo or video, tap the downloadicon in the top-right toolbar.

To download an album:

1. Tap on the Menu icon in the top-left corner
2. Locate the album and tap the 3 dots next to the album name
3. Tap Download album

The download link will be sent via email to the email address connected to your account.

To select multiple images or videos:

1. Locate the images or videos you want to download
2. Select the images by tapping the Select button in the toolbar and then tapping each image
   • You can also select the images by tapping on the top left-hand corner of one, then tap the others
3. Tap the Download icon located at the top of the page to download the selected images or videos to your mobile device

If you download more than one image, an email will be sent to your account's email address. The email will contain the download link for your selected images. 

To deselect specific images, uncheck the photo or video by tapping on the checkmark in the top left corner of that image.

To deselect all images, tap on the X button located in the top-left corner.

How to unzip your downloaded images or videos

To open the .zip file on your Android device

1. Open your device's Files folder
2. Tap on Downloads. Depending on your device, you will also see this in your Recent files.
3. Tap on the archive.zip file. This is how the downloaded file is named on your device
4. Tap Extract 
5. Your images will appear in your phone's gallery

To open the zip file on your iOS device

1. Tap on the Files app
2. Tap on the archive.zip file to extract your images.
3. You will see the unzipped archive folder next to the .zip file. Tap the archive folder to view your images.
