What does deactivated mean?
The account is locked because there is no active subscription. For privacy reasons, there are no image previews on the account.
How do I see my images?
Reactivate your account and purchase the subscription of your choice when you sign in.
Download your images and delete the account
If you want to download any photos and delete the account, follow these steps:
- Start by signing in
- Once signed in, click here to start the deletion flow
- On step 3 of the deletion flow, click Request download link.
An email with the link to download your photos will be sent to the email connected to your account.
