Accounts without a subscription will be deactivated
What does deactivated mean?
The account is locked because there is no active subscription.
How to reactivate your account:
To reactivate your account, purchase the subscription of your choice when you sign in.
Retrieving your images and deleting the account:
If you want to download any stored photos and delete the account, follow these steps:
- Start by signing in
- Once signed in, click here to start the deletion flow
- On step 3 of the deletion flow, click Request download link.
An email with the link to download your photos will be sent to the email connected to your account.
