Log in to your account, then click here to start the deletion process.
Important: If you have an active subscription, cancel the subscription before starting the deletion process. Click here for instructions on canceling the subscription.
Self-delete option
For paid accounts:
- Go to the Membership tab in your account settings
- Select Delete Account
For deactivated accounts:
- Log in to your account
- Click here to start the deletion process
- Follow the steps to confirm your account deletion
- On step 3, you are able to request a download link for what's stored on your account
Important: No data can be recovered once an account has been deleted
