How to move photos or videos between albums

Put an image in the wrong album? Move an image to the right place!

Moving images

1. While viewing the Gallery or Album, select the photos and videos to be moved
   • On a computer, click the Select button to begin selecting, or click the checkmark in the top left corner of an image to select it

   • On a mobile browser, tap an image to select it and tap the checkmark in the corner

     • You can also tap on the Select button to begin selecting

2. Select in the toolbar
3. On the right-hand panel, select the destination
   • Albums: Tap on to show Sub-albums. The selected album will be highlighted.
   • Other Groups or Spaces: This will copy the selected images into another Space or Group
     This will not delete or remove the images from the current Space or Group
4. Click Move or Copy to Selected Space or Group to confirm the move

Moving images using Drag & Drop

This option is only available on a computer. 

1. Locate the photo or video in the Gallery or Album view
2. Open your Albums list by clicking Albums on the left-hand menu
   • Click to show any sub-albums you want to move images to
3. Left-click and hold the image
4. Drag your cursor over the Album name you want to move it to
5. Let go of the left click to drop that image into the album

Moving images from the Gallery into an album won't remove them from the Gallery view. Moving images between albums will remove an image from the previous album's view.
