Delete my account

You can delete your account at any time. The steps depend on whether your account is free, paid, or deactivated, and whether you're on the app or the web.

For deactivated accounts

1. Log in to your account
2. Click here to start the deletion process
3. Follow the steps to confirm your account deletion. On step 2, you can request a download link for everything stored on your account

You can also delete a deactivated account directly from the page where you'd normally be prompted to reactivate it. Just select Delete Account from that page.
 

For free accounts

For paid accounts

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first. Learn how to cancel your subscription.
