Use Hosting links to embed your images on websites and forums that support this feature. The image appears directly on the page, and viewers are not redirected to Groupsy to view it.
This feature requires a paid plan.
Only images from your Library can be hosted. Images from a Group can't be hosted.
How to get hosting links
Hosting from the app
- Tap the image to bring it to full screen
- Tap the 3 dots in the bottom right corner
- Select Embed media </>
- Select direct link or embed code
Each selected image will have its own link.
Hosted images can be scaled down, but not scaled up beyond the original uploaded size.
Hosting from a browser
- Go to your Library and find your images
- Click or tap the Select button and select the images
- Select Embed media </> from the top toolbar
- Select direct link or embed code

Types of hosting links
Hosting links come in two types:
Direct link
A link that goes directly to the image file. These direct links can also be found in our pre-set embed links.
Embed links: HTML, IMG, iFrame
A small piece of code that displays an image on a website. Pick the format the site asks for (HTML, IMG, or iFrame) and the image size you prefer.
HTML: Use this type if the site that you are posting on supports HTML embed code, like blogs or gallery pages.
IMG: Use this for online forums or bulletin boards.
iFrame: Use this type if you're creating slideshows or embedding the public link page to your site.
If your image is not showing, double-check that the site supports the code type you are using.
If you don't see your hosting links
You might have hosting turned off. Turn on image hosting in your account settings to get hosting links.
On the app: Go to Account > Application Settings. Under Media Settings, tap Image Hosting to enable it.
On a browser: Go to Profile > Media. Under Image Hosting, click the toggle to enable it.
