Please note that use of our service requires agreement to all of our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Biometric Information Privacy Policy. Your Rights Under Privacy Laws

If you live in one of the following, you have certain rights under privacy law:

• California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington (U.S.)
• The European Union
• The United Kingdom

You have the right to:

• Access your registered information and any data you’ve uploaded
• Request deletion of your data or opt out 
   

How to Manage Your Data

Download your content and delete your account

1. Click here to start account deletion. Make sure you're logged in to your account before proceeding.
2. During the process, you'll see an option to request a download link for your content. Select this first if you want a copy of your photos and videos before deleting.
3. When you're ready to finish, click Confirm account deletion.

Deleting your account also opts you out of our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Biometric Information Privacy Policy.

Note: Requesting a download link is only available as a step within the account deletion flow. There's currently no way to download a copy of your data without starting the deletion process. You can request the download link and then exit the flow without confirming account deletion. Your account will not be deleted unless you click Confirm account deletion.
 

Requesting Data Access or Deletion in Writing

If you prefer to make your request in writing, please email us at policies@photobucket.com with the following information, which is required by applicable state and EU privacy laws to process your request:

1. Identification Information:
   • Your full name
   • Address
   • Username
   • Registered email address with Photobucket
2. Proof of Identity and Address:
   • A copy of your government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport)
   • A recent utility bill or credit card statement showing your name and current address (we only need to see your name and address - please cover any sensitive account information)
3. Request Details:
   • Specify the right you want to exercise (e.g., data access, deletion, or opt-out)
   • Describe the information your request relates to

Providing this information helps us verify your identity and ensures we protect your privacy while securely fulfilling your request.
