If you are having issues with your account when viewing it on the mobile site, clearing the cache and cookies on your phone may help. This ensures that the site is running smoothly and that you are seeing an updated version instead of a cached version.
For Android Chrome:
- At the top, tap the three dots icon in the top right of your screen.
- Tap Delete browsing data
- Tap the drop-down arrow next to Last 15 minutes
- Tap All time
- Tap Delete Data
For iOS Chrome:
- At the bottom, tap the three dots icon in the lower right of your screen.
- Tap History > Clear browsing data.
- Make sure there's a checkmark next to “Cookies and site data,” and “Cached images and files.”
- Tap Clear data.
For iOS Safari:
To clear your history and cookies
- Go to your device Settings
- Tap Apps
- Tap Safari
- Tap Clear History and Website Data
To clear your cookies and keep your history
- Go to your device Settings
- Tap Apps
- Tap Safari
- Tap Advanced
- Tap Website Data
- Tap Remove All Website Data
