Try these steps if you are having issues receiving emails from Photobucket Support
First, check your Spam or Junk folders, as some filters can mark our emails as spam
If our emails are not in that folder or the Inbox, add Photobucket to your safe sender list

GMail | Outlook | Yahoo | iCloud
For Gmail:
- Click the Gear Icon at the top right of your screen
- Click on See All Settings
- Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses
- Click on Create a new filter
- Add both support@photobucket.com no-reply@app.photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com on the From line
- Click on Create filter
- Select the checkbox next to Never send it to Spam
- Click on Create filter
For Outlook / Live / Hotmail:
Please note these instructions are for the desktop site and not the Outlook program
- Click the Gear Icon at the top right of your screen
- Click on 'Junk Email'
- Click on the '+ Add safe sender' button. You will need to do this for each domain: support@photobucket.com no-reply@app.photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com and hit Enter
- Click on "Ok" at the right of the entry
For Yahoo's new Email UI:
Please note: these instructions are for the desktop site and the new Yahoo UI only
Access the new Ui by clicking Try the new Yahoo Mail at the top right of your inbox
- Sign in to your Yahoo email using a computer browser.
- Scroll down in the left menu and click "... More"

Click Settings > Filters > Add
- Name the Filter

Under Set Rules
- Use the From field
- Select filter criterion: contains
- Input support@photobucket.com, no-reply@app.photobucket.com, and no-reply@photobucket.com as the Filter value

Select or create a destination folder
- Yahoo no longer allows filters to send items to the Inbox
- Save your filter
For iCloud:
Add Photobucket as a contact to ensure emails don't get directed to the Junk folder
- Select the Grid Icon at the top right of your screen
- Select the Contacts app
- Click on the + button at the top right of your screen, below your Apple icon
- Select Create New Contact
- On the First Name Section, type in 'Photobucket'
- Click on the + button next to Email and select Other from the drop-down menu
- Type in both support@photobucket.com no-reply@app.photobucket.com and no-reply@photobucket.com
- Click on Done at the top of your screen
If your email domain is not listed, please contact your provider for instructions on completing the process
