My zip file is not opening

When you download multiple images at once, they arrive as a zip file to make the download faster. If you can't open your zip file, check out the tips below.

Check your internet connection

A strong, stable connection is important when downloading. If your downloads keep failing, try these steps:

1. Make sure you have a strong signal. A weak or unstable signal can cause downloads to fail. This might affect the opening of zip files.
2. Try restarting your router. Most download issues clear up after a quick restart. 

Make sure you have a program that unzips files.

Older versions of Windows may need an extra program to open zip files. Popular options include WinZip and WinRAR.
