How do I enable Auto Backup?
1. Tap on the Menu icon at the top left of your screen
2. Tap on My Account, located at the bottom
- You can also access Auto Backup in the bottom right-hand corner under Account
3. Tap on Auto Backup Settings
4. Tap the toggle switches to enable or disable your chosen settings
5. Select your Upload Timeframe
- All Media - Auto Backup will start uploading ALL images stored on your phone.
- Only New Media - Auto Backup will start uploading any new images that you take with your phone as well as any images that were saved on your phone in the past 24 hours before this feature has been enabled.
6. To set your backup location, tap the Change Bucket button and select a Bucket
By default, images will be uploaded to the Bucket used to access My Account
Storage Requirements
For Auto Backup to run, you will need enough storage available on your device.
Android: Needs at least 10% or more of storage available
- iOS: Needs at least 500 MB of storage available
Auto Backup will not run in the background
Your device cannot have a low battery or be in low-power mode.
The latest version of the iOS mobile app is 7.350.2
The latest version of the Android mobile app is 7.350.2
The minimum OS requirement is: Android 15 & iOS 13
App versions older than 6.2.36 are no longer supported
