Need to update your password? Here's how to change your password, reset a forgotten password, or sign in with a magic link.
On the app
- Tap Account
- Select Security Settings
- Select update password
On a browser
- Click or tap your profile icon
- Select Password
If you forgot your password
- Go to the password reset page
- Enter your email address or username
- Select Reset Password
- Check your inbox for the reset link and use it within an hour (that's when it expires)
If the reset email isn't working, try a magic link
A magic link lets you sign in without a password.
- Go to the password reset page
- Enter your email address or username
- Select Send me a magic link
- Check your inbox and select the link to sign in
Not seeing the email?
Check your Spam or Junk folder. To make sure our emails reach your inbox in the future, add us to your safe sender's list.
