Password Reset

Follow these steps to reset your password

To reset your password:

1. Go to the password reset page
2. Enter your email address or username
3. Click Reset Password
4. Click the link that was sent to your inbox
   • The link will expire in 1 hour

To request a Magic Link:

1. Go to the password reset page
2. Enter your email address or username
3. Click Send me a magic link
4. Click the emailed link to log in automatically
   • The link will expire in 1 hour
   • You’ll be prompted to update your password

Magic links are not a main login option

If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder
