If you've purchased the wrong subscription plan or need to upgrade your current subscription, you can easily do this on the website by following the steps below.
Important: Do not cancel your subscription, as this will also cancel your automatic billing. Once your automatic billing is canceled, you won't be able to upgrade or switch to a different plan.
Changing your plan:
- Select My Account in the bottom left corner
- On a mobile browser, tap on the Menu icon
then, tap on My Account towards the bottom
- On a mobile browser, tap on the Menu icon
- Select the Membership tab
- Click or tap Upgrade or Change plan
- Select your new plan
- Toggle between the Monthly and Yearly options
- Click the Purchase button for your desired plan
- Confirm the changes on the pop-up billing page
