Are your images still watermarked after upgrading?
To remove the watermark, you'll need the Hosting plan. This is the only plan that has access to our hosting service. For more details on our plans, click here.
If you've upgraded your account to a Hosting plan and still see watermarks on your hosted images, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies to refresh the page.

If clearing your browser's cache and cookies did not fix this issue, please don't hesitate to contact us here.
When contacting support to troubleshoot hosting, please provide the following:
- A direct link to the website where your images are posted
- The Photobucket link that's being used to host your image
- A screenshot showing your full window so our support agents can see what you see
- The original filename
- The name of the album and/or bucket where the image can be located in your account
