Can't find a photo or album you know you uploaded? Missing content is almost always still in your account. It's either in your Library, in a Group, or hidden by a filter.
The most common fix is clearing your filters, so start there.
Clear your filters
Filters can hide content that's actually there. To reset them:
- Click or tap on
- Set your settings to:
- Filter by media type: ALL
- Filter by Uploader: ALL
- Favorites: un-check
- Mobile Uploads: un-check
- Select Apply.
Shortcut: Select Reset Sort button in the bottom left corner to reset everything at once instead of changing each setting.
If you still don't see your content, check your Group or Library.
For more on filters, see Filters and sorting
Where your content is stored
Your content lives in two places
- Library: Your private and personal content and albums, visible only to you.
- Groups: Content shared with a Group, visible to all Group members.
From the Menu:
- Select My Uploads to see every photo you've ever uploaded, across your Library and all your Groups
- Select Albums to see only the albums in your Library. To view any albums you have, click on the arrow pointing down next to albums.
- Select Groups to see content shared in a specific Group
Some of your older spaces may have been converted into Albums that now live in your Library. If you only had one space, it may now be an album called "My Bucket."
To check, open Albums from the menu and look for any sub-albums.
If you're looking for content or albums from a Group, go to the Groups section and open that Group directly.
Seeing photos you don't recognize?
If you're in a Group, you'll see uploads from other members alongside your own. That's expected -- it isn't a sign that your account was affected.
