Did your photos or videos disappear? You might need to change your filters and sort order settings!
Access the filter and sort settings by clicking the advanced filtering icon in the top right corner.
Filter By Media Type
Depending on which option is selected, you may only see media of that type.
- If Photos is selected, you won't see your uploaded videos
- If Videos is selected, you won't see your uploaded photos
Filter By Uploader
These filter options may show or hide media uploaded by certain criteria in the bucket.
- If All is selected, all uploads will be shown
- If Uploaded by me is selected, media uploaded by others will be hidden
- If Uploaded by others is selected, media uploaded by you will be hidden
Other Filters
These filter options will show media that fits the options below.
- If Favorites is selected, favorited images will show
- If Mobile Uploads is selected, images uploaded through a mobile device will show
Keep in mind that filter and sorting options can be mixed and matched.
If you are not able to see your photos or videos:
- Set Media Type filter to All
- Set Uploader filter to All
- Uncheck Favorites
- Uncheck Mobile Uploads
- Click Apply
Are the images you see not yours?
If you don't recognize the images within your account and have been invited to a Group Bucket, it's possible that you're viewing images that others may have uploaded.
Use the Bucket Switcher to easily change the currently viewed Bucket and find your personal images.
