Some of your content may be in your Library, and others may be in Groups. Sometimes, your filter settings might be hiding other content, and it seems like your content is missing. Check these areas and settings to find them.
Where to find your content
Any private photo collection is now stored in the Library. In the Menu, select My Uploads or Albums.
- My Uploads will have ALL the uploads you ever made to any Group and your Library
- Albums under the Library section are albums that are only part of your Library. The number of albums does not include sub-albums. It is only the parent album.
If you had an older account, some of your spaces may have been converted into Albums that now live in your Library.
If you only had one space, it may have been converted into an album called "My Bucket"
Access your Albums in the menu and see if you have any sub-albums.
If you are trying to view any content or albums for a Group, use the Group section to navigate to those Groups and albums.
How to change your filter and sort settings to see all content
Your filter and sort settings are global. This means that those settings will apply to your Groups, Libraries, Albums and sub-albums.
If you think you have missing photos, try adjusting these settings.
- Click or tap on
- Set your settings to:
- Filter by media type: ALL
- Filter by Uploader: ALL
- Favorites: un-check
- Mobile Uploads: un-check
- Select Apply.
You can also select Clear All Filters to automatically apply these options.
Once you have applied these settings, check your Groups, Library, and Album for the content you are looking for.
Seeing photos you don't recognize?
If you've joined a Group, you may be viewing photos or videos uploaded by other Group members.
