If you have trouble playing your videos, there are a few things to check
Your video must have the correct extension, and the file type must be supported, or the upload will fail.
Things to check
Do you have the right plan?
Video playback is only supported on some plans. The benefits of your plan are found on the Membership tab inside your settings when you're signed in on our website, photobucket.com. If your plan supports video playback, it will be listed here.
- Click or tap on your Profile Icon in the upper right corner
- Click or tap Settings
- Click or tap Membership
Supported file types
Make sure that your video is a supported format.
- AVI, ASF, MP4, MOV, MPG, MPEG, DVD, VOB, MKV, FLV, SWF, 3GP, 3GP2, Webm.
If the video is in an unsupported format, you won't be able to play it on our site. Try downloading the video to your device to play it.
File size
You may see a thumbnail of the video. In the details panel, check the file size and format. If the file size is very low, it may be a screenshot.
Compare the video you uploaded to the original. If there are differences between the two, the upload may not have been processed correctly.
Browser version
Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser. Check with your browser provider for details on the latest version.
Try a different browser: Try playing your video in a different browser. There may be an issue with the browser you use to view the video.
Check to see if the browser has any restrictions enabled or if add-ons are present. Certain add-ons and privacy restrictions may prevent the playback of videos.
If your video is still not working, you can check this article.
