Downloading selected photos and videos
- When viewing the gallery or album, tap or click the Select button
- Tap or click on the image to select it. Selected images will have a blue check mark and a blue border.

To select multiple images in a row on a computer:
- Click on the first image you want to download
- Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard
- Click on the last image you want to download.

To select multiple images in a row on a computer:
- Select the Download button to begin downloading the selected images
- On a mobile browser, the Download button can be found in the bottom toolbar
- On a desktop browser, the Download button can be found towards the top left corner
Downloading albums
- Navigate to your list of albums.
- On a mobile browser, tap Collections in the bottom menu
- On a desktop, click Collections at the bottom or navigate to your Albums under the list of your Spaces or Groups on the left
- In Collections, tap or click the album thumbnail to select it.
- In the album tree, next to the album name, tap or click the 3 dots
- Select Download Album
If selecting multiple images or albums, you'll receive an email with a download link. Single images download directly to your device
How to unzip your downloaded images or videos
Windows
- Right-click on the downloaded .zip folder, then click Extract All
- Click Browse to select a folder on your computer where you want the album extracted. If you prefer to keep it in the same folder, you can skip this step.
- Click Extract
Mac
- Double-click on the file. The unzipped folder will be added next to the zip file.
Android device
- Open your device's Files folder
- Tap on Downloads. Depending on your device, you will also see this in your Recent files.
- Tap on the archive.zip file. This is how the downloaded file is named on your device.
- Tap Extract
- Your images will appear in your phone's gallery
iOS device
- Tap on the Files app
- Tap on the archive.zip file to extract your images
- You will see the unzipped archive folder next to the .zip file. Tap the archive folder to view your images
Images uploaded after April 2019
All photos uploaded after April 2019 are stored without any compression. While they may appear optimized for your screen when viewed on our site, the original image remains unchanged in full resolution.
Images uploaded before April 2019
The upload settings for images added before April 2019 depend on your account type at the time of upload.
Paid Account
If you had an active subscription before April 2019, your images were uploaded in their original size.
If you chose a specific upload size using settings on the legacy site, those settings may have overridden the default and affected the size of your uploaded images.
Free Account
If you were using a free account, images uploaded before April 2019 were saved as web-sized copies, which are smaller and optimized for online display.
Photos are downloaded in the same format and size as the original upload.
Right-clicking and selecting “Save As” from your browser will only download a web-sized version of the image.
