Uploading your photos and videos with the mobile app is simple!
How to Upload:
You can upload from the Home, Groups, or Moments Page.
- Tap
- Tap Upload Media

Tap a Destination
- Tap (>) on a Group to select a specific album within that Group
- Snap a photo or select one from your device
You may need to refresh the app by pulling down the screen to see the newly uploaded content.
Note: Please keep the app open during your upload. All uploads will fail if the app is closed
App permissions:

For Android: You must allow permissions for both Files and Media. You can check your app permissions by going to Settings > Apps > App Management> Photobucket. Make sure that full access is granted.
- For iOS: You will need to allow access to All Photos. You can check your app permissions by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Photobucket. Make sure the photo library access is set to full access.
Uploading photos and videos through the app is currently limited to:
- 1 GB on iOS
- 1 GB on Android
We recommend using WiFi for large app uploads For bigger uploads, use a desktop or mobile browser.

The latest version of the Android mobile app is 7.357.3
The minimum OS requirement is: Android 15 & iOS 13
App versions older than 6.2.36 are no longer supported
