Your Library and each Group have their own Trash folder, where you can restore or permanently delete content you've removed. Images stay in Trash for 30 days before they're automatically deleted for good. Images in Trash count toward your storage, so deleting them for good is one way to free up space.
For your Library
On the app
- Tap the three dots at the top left.
- Select Trash.
- Tap an image, then choose Restore or Delete Forever. Or select Empty Trash to clear everything at once.
On a browser
- Select Recently Deleted from the menu.
- On a mobile browser: Tap the Menu button, then tap Recently Deleted.
- Select images.
- Choose Restore or Permanently delete.
For a Group
Only Group members with the Owner, Admin, or Contributor role can delete images. Contributors can only delete content they uploaded themselves. Learn more about roles.
On the app
- While viewing the Group, tap the three dots at the top left.
- Select Trash.
- Tap an image, then choose Restore or Delete Forever. Or select Empty Trash to clear everything at once.
On a browser
- While viewing the Group, click or tap the three dots in the top right corner.
- Select Trash.
- Select images.
- Choose Restore or Permanently delete.
Images that are permanently deleted can no longer be recovered. Download your content to your device before deleting to make sure you have a backup.
