You can download your photos and videos from your Library or an Album at any time, on the app or a browser. Photos and videos always download in the same format and size as the original upload.
On the app
You can only download one photo or video at a time on the app. To download multiple items at once, use a browser.
- Tap the photo or video to bring it to full screen.
- Tap the Download button in the bottom right corner
Downloaded photos and videos go directly to your device's gallery.
On a browser
Downloading selected photos and videos
- Click or tap the Select button.
- Select the photos and videos you want. Selected items show a checkmark in the top left corner.
- Click or tap Download.
If you select more than one photo or video, they'll be zipped together and emailed to the address associated with your account, rather than being downloaded directly to your device. You'll need to unzip the file to view the images.
Selecting multiple items in a row (computer only)
- Click on the first image
- Press and hold Shift on your keyboard
- Click on the last image
Everything in between will be selected.

Uploaded before April 2019
The upload settings for images added before April 2019 depend on your account type at the time of upload.
Paid account
If you had an active subscription before April 2019, your images were uploaded in their original size.
If you chose a specific upload size using settings on the legacy site, those settings may have overridden the default and affected the size of your uploaded images.
Free account
If you were using a free account, images uploaded before April 2019 were saved as web-sized copies, which are smaller and optimized for online display.
