Photobucket has a new look and a new name, Groupsy. Here's what's changing, and what's staying exactly the same.
Why does Photobucket look completely different when I log in?
You're seeing the new Groupsy by Photobucket design. As part of the rebrand, we gave our look a refresh from the ground up.
Is this the same company?
Yes. Photobucket is now Groupsy. Same company, same team, just a new name and look. You may also notice some improvements to our platform and app.
Do I need a new account or password?
No. Use your Photobucket login the same way you always did.
Does my subscription work with Groupsy?
Yes, automatically. Your plan and billing carried over as is, so there's nothing you need to do.
Can I still host images?
Yes. Hosting works exactly like it did before. Upload, get a link, and share it wherever you need.
Will my shared links and embedded photos still work?
Yes. Any Photobucket links you've already shared or embedded will keep working.
Do I need to download a new app?
No. If you already have the Photobucket app, just update it as usual through your app store. No new signup needed.
Did you sell my photos or data as part of this change?
No. Our Privacy Policy and Biometric Information Privacy Policy haven't changed, and we don't use your photos to train AI models.
