Group members on a paid plan can download and save photos or videos that other people uploaded to a Group, straight to their device. If you're on the Free plan, you won't be able to download what other members uploaded. Downloads always keep the same format and size as the original upload.
On the app
You can only download one photo or video at a time on the app. To download multiple items at once, use a browser.
- Tap the photo or video to bring it to full screen.
- Tap the Download button in the bottom right corner.
Downloaded photos and videos go directly to your device's gallery.
On a browser
- Click or tap Select.
- Select the images you want. Selected images show a checkmark in the top left corner.
- Click or tap Download.
If you select more than one photo or video, they'll be zipped together and emailed to the address associated with your account, rather than being downloaded directly to your device. You'll need to unzip the file to view the images.
Selecting multiple images in a row (computer only)
- Click the first image.
- Press and hold Shift on your keyboard.
- Click the last image.
Everything in between will be selected.
